The Pakistani athletes who participated in the Berlin Marathon represented a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. A group of exceptionally talented runners from Pakistan took center stage at the renowned Berlin Marathon. Saadiq Shah, a 38-year-old food photographer, embarked on his running journey in 2019. In a remarkable feat, he swiftly made his mark in the running world, becoming the fastest Pakistani to ever complete the prestigious London Marathon.

Faisal Shafi, is a seasoned marathon runner with an impressive track record of participating in a total of seven marathons. His dedication and skill have earned him the distinction of qualifying for the prestigious Boston Marathon not once, but twice, in both 2022 and 2023.
Adnan Gandhi, a 46-year-old gym owner, has been an avid marathon runner since the turn of the millennium, with a running journey that spans over two decades. Notably, he raised funds through his participation in the prestigious London Marathon, showcasing his dedication to charitable causes.
Uzma Abid, a 41-year-old health and fitness coach and a devoted mother of two, recently added another remarkable achievement to her repertoire. Demonstrating her commitment to a healthy lifestyle, Uzma also participated in the challenging Berlin Marathon.
Kaukab Servar is a multi-talented individual, excelling both in her professional career at a leading FMCG company and in the realm of sports. Notably, she holds the prestigious title of being the national cycling champion, showcasing his exceptional prowess in the sport. Fauzi Garib, a 50-year-old businessman, also participated in the Berlin Marathon, showcasing remarkable dedication to his passion for long-distance running. His journey in the world of marathons began when he completed the Amsterdam Marathon in an impressive 4 hours and 54 minutes.

Sana Malik, a 31-year-old advertising manager, showcased her remarkable dedication to long-distance running. Her journey in the world of marathons began at a young age when she completed her first Amsterdam Marathon. This early accomplishment laid the foundation for her enduring passion for running.
Abdul Rehman, a 31-year-old accountant, embarked on a transformative journey when he took up running in 2020. This decision marked a significant shift in his lifestyle, indicating a newfound dedication to fitness and well-being. Despite being relatively new to the sport, Abdul’s passion and determination led him to participate in the prestigious Berlin Marathon.
Lastly,Amin Mukaty, a 21-year-old student achieved the distinction of being the youngest Pakistani to accomplish a sub-3 hour time in international marathons, showcasing his exceptional talent and dedication to the sport. Amin further solidified his position in the running community by participating in the Berlin Marathon.
